Shipping

At this time, we are shipping to all 50 U.S. states and territories only. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Allow anywhere between 3-5 days for processing and an additional 1-5 days for shipping. 

You will receive an initial confirmation email once we have received your order, and another email containing shipping info and tracking. 

Note: Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer in control of the shipping process. Contact USPS directly for any questions or concerns. 

 

Issues with orders

Wrong mailing address

Contact us within 24 hours of your order if you will need to update the mailing address. Once the item has shipped, we are no longer able to change the address provided.

 

Damaged Mail

We package every order with care in order to arrive in perfect condition. In the event that your items are damaged in any way, contact us as soon as possible with a photo / description and we will have it sorted.

 

Lost Mail

We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail, once the package has been dropped off we are not able to give further updates other than provided by USPS. 

In the event that your order has been falsely marked delivered, contact USPS directly to file a claim and your local postmaster should get in contact with you about your package. 

 

Exchanges / Returns

Contact us directly if you would like to initiate an exchange or return. 

All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery - items must NOT be washed, worn or damaged.

Customer is responsible for any shipping costs for return or exchange. 

 

Order Cancellation

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
